Where are your products made?
All of our products are handwoven by us in our home studio in Namur, Québec, Canada.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes. We’re happy to consider custom requests. Please contact us with what you have in mind, and we’ll let you know what may be possible.
How do I care for my handwoven kitchen and bath towels?
Machine wash gently in cold water and tumble dry on a gentle cycle for no more than 30 minutes. Avoid bleach. For stains, use a gentle, colour-safe stain remover before washing. Care instructions are included with your order.
Are your products prewashed?
Yes. All of our products are prewashed before shipping. Prewashing allows for the initial shrinkage of the fibres and brings out the finished texture of the weave.
The dimensions listed for our products are the finished sizes.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 weeks of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and, for exchanges, the cost of shipping the replacement item.
