Fil de MaGie is a small family workshop based in Québec, Canada. All our products are handmade on traditional floor looms with care and attention to detail.

Handmade Products

Because our items are handmade, each piece may have slight variations in size, color, or texture. This is part of the charm and uniqueness of handcrafted products and is not considered a defect.

We do our best to display colors and photos as accurately as possible, but screens may show colors slightly differently.

Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed before your order is prepared and shipped.

Orders & Shipping

We carefully prepare and pack every order.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, or busy periods (holidays, weather, etc.). Fil de MaGie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will always do our best to help you if a problem occurs.

Returns & Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order (defect or damage), please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution.

Because our items are handmade and often made to order, returns or exchanges may not always be possible. Please contact us before returning any item.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders are final sale, unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
